With a potential gross monthly income of $8000.00 based on the automobile dealer demographics of the purchased territory. Given the density of automobile dealerships, in a larger territory this number could increase substantially.
The second [or additional] local Licensed dealership is a retail based, "to the general public only" whose price is from $35,000.00 and up, which has the potential of a ROI of [120 to 150] days.
